Tower Hamlets commissioned Urban Graphics to provide graphic design, illustration and cartographic support for the masterplan, which set the agenda for this vibrant urban quarter.

To reach its wide-ranging audience, the masterplan document was designed to be attractive, accessible and user-friendly. The graphic style was influenced by local images and street scenes to reflect the energy and vitality of the area. Key themes and proposals were presented on specially prepared maps, which communicated effectively with the local communities.
