It is a Supplementary Planning Document that sets out principles and guidelines for how development around the station should take shape, focusing particularly on the area to the north.  
As such, it will supplement the Reading Central Area Action Plan, which allocated this area for development.

				<br/>The publication will describe and illustrate the influence that computers and technology have had in place making over<br/>the past 20 years. Topics such as CAD, 3D visualisations<br/>and other technology will be discussed.

				A series of case<br/>studies as well as reviews on the latest software and technologies being introduced will be included.</p>]]></description>

The OAPF is an eight mile corridor extending north from Lee Bridge Road in the south to the M25.
