Epsom and Ewell Draft Local Plan

This study has sought to identify both the nature and scale of development that is occurring close to Crossrail stations, highlighting trends over time in relation to distance from the station. The mapping and statistical data are clearly illustrated making the document both engaging and accessible.

Epsom and Ewell Borough Council is preparing a new Local Plan to guide the Borough’s ongoing development to 2040. The Plan will set out an ambitious yet achievable long-term vision for growth.

The desktop publishing, associated consultation material and promotional film were all part of the collateral that Urban Graphics conceptualised, designed and delivered.
