Epsom and Ewell Borough Council is preparing a new Local Plan to guide the Borough’s ongoing development to 2040.
The Plan will set out an ambitious yet achievable long-term vision for growth.
The Borough are also introducing new policies to support action on climate change and carbon reduction, protecting their wonderful heritage and stunning natural environment.
